Every meal is prepared in our state-of-the-art kitchens with the same care you would cook for your clients. The preparations are elaborated by our staff, who carefully check the processing of the ingredients. The dishes are rapidly frozen to guarantee quality and hygienic standards. We keep track of the operations performed, monitoring each operational step digitally. We are very proud of our sustainable supply- chain!
The quality of our ingredients is very high, as we select meat from farms that respect animal welfare and fresh vegetables from an eco-sustainable supply chain without pesticide residues. Most of the raw materials are of Italian origin, and we buy directly from some local producers. We plan all our productions based on the seasonality of the products.

Aubergine Parmigiana is a typical Italian dish made with fried, sliced eggplant layered with cheese and tomato sauce, then baked. The Southern Italian regions of Calabria, Campania, Apulia and Sicily claim the dish’s origin. Aubergines are originally from India and arrived in Italy in the XV century, thanks to the Arabs. According to that route, it is easier to think that aubergines were available first in Sicily than in other regions. Firstly, onion, oil, basil and passata are needed to make a tomato sauce. The aubergines have to be cut (0.4;0.5 mm thick) placed in a tray with salt, and pressed by some weight for at least an hour to release the bitterness. Then, once they are dried, the aubergines have to be passed in the flour and fried until they are crunchy but not burned. Afterwards, has to be put a little bit of tomato sauce on the bottom of a tray, proceeding with the first layer of aubergines covered with sliced mozzarella, grated parmesan and tomato sauce. According to personal preference, more layers can be added, and the food is ready to go in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Try out our ‘Parmigiana’ it is made with the same care as you would.
Lasagne Bolognese

Lasagne Bolognese is a classic Italian dish known everywhere around the world. The traditional dish is prepared with layers of pasta sheets alternated with beef and pork ragout layered with the perfect amount of bechamel sauce and a small amount of tomato sauce and baked in the oven for about one hour. The ground beef and pork ragout is prepared with ‘soffritto’ of finely chopped onion, celery and carrot that should be slowly cooked to be moist, tender, and beautifully flavoured with the highest quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Evo. Lasagne is traditionally associated with the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, but it looks pretty present in Campania.

Porchetta Ariccia

The last product is our delicious Porchetta Ariccia, a typical dish of Central Italy. Regions like Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria have a tradition of their produce. ‘Porchetta’ is roasted pork, first deboned, then spiced with a mixture of salt, pepper, fennel, garlic and rosemary, and then cooked. The meat is rolled tightly around the filling, tied with twine, and roasted. As it cooks, the skin forms a crispy crust that insulates the moisture of the meat, while the spices and innards become a flavourful paste within. The pork is being cooked for over 10 hours and will blend in your mouth’s clients. It can be served alone, but the best way to offer it is slightly warm with freshly baked bread.
